Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Doe Toons Customs LLC. Your use of the Services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply for all customers, users and others who are accessing or use of Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service. All designs are unique creative designs, collages with custom themes. Use of creative images designed by me the owner to put together creative collages or themes for custom products…

Custom drawing designs estimated at 4-8 weeks per design. All design fees include colors and modifying. Any changes after final design $20 per image.
Custom Apparel allow 3-8 weeks…Depending on order placement..
Deadline orders need to be placed 2-3 week prior deadline…
No custom designs are to be made without a deposit, which is your design fee.
All payments are to be made before any transactions.
Resin Products allow 2-4 weeks…(May take longer depending on project)
No refund on custom apparel! If size is too small or too big you will have to buy another custom garment in your size.

No Refunds…

Because each of our products are created at the moment of your order, each item is created specifically for you making it difficult to provide the product to someone else. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of ordering. We don’t offer exchanges unless an item is incorrect, however, we will take returns for those items for up to 5 days after you receive the item. Please refer to the size chart before placing your order as the size of the shirt will not constitute an exchange/return/refund. Simply use the contact form under the contact tab if you need to make a return and we will contact you back on how to proceed.

The order you received is incorrect? We kindly ask that you please take photos of the incorrect product(s) you received. Contact doetoonscustoms@gmail.com attaching any photos along with your order number, and we will either refund you the cost of the product or re-send them (including a special promo), depending on the method you prefer.

Shipping & Processing Information

PROCESSING & SHIPPING FOR Clothing/Custom Orders:

We currently only ship to all 50 states! Local deliveries are FREE!

All items are shipped via USPS. Please allow 1-5 business days for shipping. Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please note that tracking information may not be available for at least 24 hours once shipped.

*Shipping times do not include production time*

Shipping prices vary depending on your location and quantity of items purchased.

Your order will ship between 4-7 business days after you place your order. If you order during holiday season (Nov-Jan) shipping will be 7-12 business days. However, we will try our best to ship before these times.

For bulk orders/Custom Orders(15+) please use the contact form under the contact tab as processing and shipping times will vary.

Once you’ve placed your order and it is processed, your order will be shipped from North Carolina..

How do I care for my shirt?

Please follow our guide below…

Wash on delicate with like-colored clothing, INSIDE OUT.
Wash in cold water, NO BLEACH.
Tumble dry low, or hang-dry (your preference)
Iron on medium, inside out (DO NOT IRON ON DESIGN).
Do not dry clean.

How do I care for my tumblers?
